3 learnings as a homeowner turned home seller.

If you’ve been around the last couple weeks, you know I received an offer on my condo. Exciting! Now the real work begins. Here’s what I’m learning so far:

• Having a great team is imperative. In this case, it’s my attorney, their team, my broker, and my current HOA team. I’d be lost without them.

• Being a prompt communicator helps everyone: Get answers fast, sign documents promptly, don’t drag your feet.

• It’s not over til it’s over: Just because an offer came in, doesn’t mean it will close. Be cautious, but optimistic about the process. Don’t make decisions too early.
