And the offer was...

As a follow up to my prior post, I ended up countering the offer, and they accepted! What a relief.

Now comes the fun yet stressful parts:

• Inspection

• Attorneys

• Details with my current building to prepare for the sale

• Scouting new places

• And just kinda taking it all in! Holy cow.

In none of my prior listings did I have so many viewings so quickly, and someone put in an offer so quickly. It hasn’t even been a week. But here we are; all good news thus far.

Inspection: Please go well. (I have no concerns, but you never know)
