The workplace in 2025 will continue to evolve

AI isn’t forgotten though. There’s a point made that AI can still support us at work, but that the soft skills exist alongside it. AI is enhancing aspects of what we produce at work, though it’s not solely responsible for the output.

Soft skills will always be important at work. This article serves as a great reminder of that. I appreciate the POV that soft skills and AI can work together, thus producing well-rounded teams.
