Smartwatches aren't cutting it
(anymore, that is)
I’ve owned a couple smartwatches; Apple and Garmin. Each time, I’ve regretted my decision.
Here’s why I prefer a basic watch:
I don’t see any value in tracking my workouts. I just focus on doing them and completing them.
I don’t care about tracking my steps.
I don’t need the watch to pair with other devices (it’s just too much “connection” for me, and ultimately, too many dings and pings).
I realized I would end up using said smartwatch only for the time. That’s it.
I get the appeal, but they’re just not for me. Classic Casio all the way.
