Job interview hack

Any time I make it to the presentation stage of an interview, I go to Canva, open a slide deck, and transform the presentation into the visual identity of said organization.

I go and research the specific hex codes from the logo and overall brand identity, I try and find the closest font to match theirs, I even try and find some iconography associated with the company/product.

I want to send the message that:

• I’ve done a little extra homework

• I’m familiar with their visual identity

• The content already feels part of the organization. There’s a familiarity to it, visually.
