Community hack: Part E

If you’re in Community, you’ve probably had a version of the “how are we going to scale?” conversation. Same here.

But!

When you’re just starting you’re community, you won’t know how to scale and what to focus on until you have some momentum. Some patterns in behavior. Some power users and ambassadors. You just won’t be able to scale successfully before that.

The hack: You gotta figure stuff out before you scale. Focus on meeting members and learning how they feel about the space. Post content; schedule 1:1s. This’ll tell you plenty about your plans for scaling the program later.
