• I respect that Erika is a student of work. She’s been in many different corporate environments and has learned how to navigate the complexities of the office.

• Do a status check-in with yourself every 4-6mo about your role.

• Have the tough conversations (i.e. feedback) — don’t avoid.

• You time’s valuable, don’t let people steal it from you. (read: calendars)
