One thing I always keep in mind

Running product and brand communities is a very niche kind of job. It’s complex, fun, cross-functional, and everyday is different.

I have many approaches to and questions about the work. One of them I’m always thinking about: How can I get people to come back, without needing to prompt them? 

In other words, does the online community create enough value for the member where they are coming back to the space on their own? That’s where the sweet spot is.

I put myself in the members’ shoes.
