3 things I've learned as a homeowner

I bought my condo back in July 2022. But am I a homeowner at heart? I’m not sure.

Here’s what I’ve learned owning a home:

• View the unit you like most, multiple times. This will give you a different POV each visit, and you may catch something you don’t like so much.

• The HOA horror stories you hear aren’t the case across the board. I don’t have any issues with mine, but definitely do research initially. Request meeting notes from prior meetings, too.

• Just because you’re ready to sell, doesn’t mean the market’s ready. 😬
