3 reasons why I exercise in the morning

Starting my days right

I’ve always enjoyed exercising. It’s been part of my weekday routine for a while now. I spent a couple years as a Peloton member which I enjoyed a lot, but I definitely prefer going to a gym.

I head to the gym first thing in the morning after walking my dog.

Here’s why early morning exercise is my preferred method:

  • Wakes me up and gets blood flowing. Runner’s high is real!

  • I feel more alert and awake throughout the day. Less sluggish.

  • It forces me to get up and go. When my alarm goes off at 6, I get up.
